Refunds and Returns
For safety and hygiene concerns, personal care products are not returnable. If you received an item that was damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Home Fragrance products may be returned for a refund, if they are returned unopened, and in their original condition. Please call in advance to arrange the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product was received damaged.
We will not accept returns for any custom-made products, including custom labeled or custom packaged items.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements were made in advance of the order. Wholesale purchases are shipped via UPS Ground.
We strive to ship most in-stock orders within 3 days.
If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we will notify you at the email address that you provide.
We will not share or sell your personal information with anyone.
